MONICA PETERS, is an amazingly high-energy, talkative instructor that will motivate and encourage everyone in the room to work their hardest.  Her classes are super fun and she plays 80s, 90s, and top 40 music to make your experience fun.   She may add 2 or 3 pound weights for upper body strengthening during class. 


"NO-SHOW" POLICY EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2018 ;

If you make a reservation and fail to attend class, you will be charged the cost of the session.  Please consider the amount of time and effort that goes into the planning and preparation of sessions, which required specialized equipment.

Ryde Indoor Ryding

SUMMER AUGUST SPECIAL: ALL SPIN CYCLE SESSIONS $10/$110 MONTHLY PASS.


Tuesdays and Thursdays 8pm-8:45pm

$15/session or $125 monthly pass (includes all spin sessions for a month)

Ryde workouts are intense and fast paced cycling classes with resistance and fat-blasting sprints.  Instructor, Monica Peters, adds 2 and 3 pound weights to build your upper body.  The studio darkens with disco lighting and the music sets the perfect party-atmosphere to make your work-out fun.  


Hand towel is required.

Cruze Indoor Ryding

SUMMER AUGUST SPECIAL: ALL SPIN CYCLE SESSIONS $10/$110 MONTHLY PASS. 


Mondays 6pm-6:45pm 

$10/session or $125 monthly pass

Cruze at your own speed.  These classes are designed for beginning ryders.  


Hand towel is required. 

Bells & Bikes Indoor Ryding

 SUMMER AUGUST SPECIAL: ALL SPIN CYCLE SESSIONS $10/$110 MONTHLY PASS. 


Saturdays 9:30am to 10:45am and Sundays 5:15pm

$20/session or $125 monthly pass

Bells & Bikes is an extreme and challenging work-out for physically fit persons.  It is a combined work-out starting with a 30 minute 10-pound kettle-bell weight, followed by a 45 minute fast-paced and high resistance cycling work-out.  


Hand towel is required. 

INDOOR RYDING SESSIONS

  • REGISTRATION AND ONLINE PAY IS IN CONSTRUCTION
  • If you are new to our studio, please create an account and register below; you can also register and pay for the class when you arrive.
  • To RSVP, text your name, date and time of class that you are interested in taking @ 626-388-7108.
  • Classes start promptly.  Please do not be late; if you arrive late, your reservation may be forfeited and bike seat will be given to another client. 

PLEASE NOTE:   IF YOU ARE A "NO-SHOW" TO YOUR CLASS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE COST OF THE SESSION.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
