Body Balls, Boxing Circuit Body Balls, Boxing Circuit, Flex Fit, Flex-Flow, Lift-X, Piloxing, Turbo Kickboxing, Turbo Step, Mixed Interval Training, and Extreme Interval Training.  Flex Fit, Deep Flex, Flex Flow (stretching), 



$12.00 each session

$70 Monthly Block Classes 7am, 9:45am, 5pm, & 9pm

$100 Total Access Pass

Total Access Monthly Pass allows you to take any Total Body Fitness Class,           any time or day for a month from the date purchased.  Complete Cycle           classes are not included in the Total Body Fitness monthly pass.  However, a Combo Total Body Fitness & Cycling Monthly Pass 

$185 Total Body Access plus Complete Cycling Monthly Pass - Best Deal

This pass includes approximately 76 fitness class sessions and approximately 40 spin cycling class sessions during the month.

Equipment and items you need; 

  • Please bring your yoga mat daily.
  • Please note, effective June 1, 2018, if you make a reservation for a class and are a "No-Show," you will be charged the cost of the class.
  • Towel and Yoga mat rental - $2 each



Booty Duty

Friday night "After Hours,"  summer months only.  

First After Hours "Booty Duty" classes occur only during the summer.

Weight resistance

Weights, medicine balls, bands, resistance tubes, and kettle bells

Freedom Friday

On Fridays only, guided personalized session in DBs or KBs (dumbells or kettlebells) & Bikes with intense cardio and spin cycle workout.

When an RSVP is required:

Fee charged on "No-Show" if a reservation was made.

If you RSVP and miss your class, a $12 fee will be charged.   If you need to cancel an RSVP or Reservation, call by 5pm the night before to avoid a late cancellation fee. 


Coach Monica Peters is a well-known fixture in the basketball community for over 20 years.  With a knack and niche for empowerment, progressive improvement, and proven results, she has reinvented herself within the fitness community. Coaching and mentoring elementary schools to junior college, primarily within the San Gabriel Valley, has allowed her to maintain an extensive entrepreneurial background.  Coach Peters has been the fitness combined trainer for BallUp International Streetball, Prodigy Athletic Institute, Prodigy BBC, and is now the featured fitness instructor and trainer at Studio 360 Dance & Fitness.

As the owner of Marathon Fitness, LLC, Coach Peters serves a wide range of the community promoting the positive aspects of fitness: body-image, work ethic, nutrition, and accountability!  From youth to adults, Coach Peters provides something for everyone.
